Revival walking

Well, this morning Neil had a meeting with another volunteer from church and then a call from a friend in the USA who was updating us on some incredible work his ministry is doing in the developing world ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘ So I (Janet) asked the Lord what He’d like me to do with my time this morning ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Firstly I listened to a talk from last Sunday (& cooked tonight’s dinner & this week’s soup,I try and do this every week to get some goodness into us, while I listened ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘) And then, honestly I wasn’t sure what to do, and I was starting to feel a bit under pressure to know, and then remembered Neil & my conversation on day 1 about how we were going to walk this adventure lightly, by listening to Jesus – so no pressure!!ย  So I decided to head out and do a prayer walk around the areas of Coleraine that I felt God had spoken to me about last year๐Ÿ‘

This afternoon we recorded a wee podcast about freedom which was fun ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I’d been thinking about it over the weekend but couldn’t get my thoughts together enough to make it work so I was thinking of just leaving it, but Neil had a great idea of how I could say it so we just went for it ๐Ÿ‘ Weโ€™re enjoying recording the podcasts ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Weโ€™ve still no idea if God wants to do anything with them or if theyโ€™re just part of an obedience journey, but we donโ€™t mind either way ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Itโ€™s just fun trying to hear His voice and follow Him!

We then felt that we should explore Ballymoney a bit today, so we drove over and had a quick walk down the town and prayed! We think we didn’t leave enough time for it though, so it felt a little rushed which wasnโ€™t great. We’ll maybe go back again another day?ย

We posed for a picture outside one of our favourite shop names ever!
