I (Janet) am currently sitting outside Caleb’s school waiting to pick him up after band rehearsals so I thought I’d write a little quick update about our weekend and day today 😃

Caleb’s school finished at lunchtime on Friday, so Neil and I decided we’d take Friday afternoon off with him 😃. So we had a bit of an extended weekend, which was class!! Caleb’s team was due to play a football match about 45 minutes away from where we live on Friday evening, so we headed down to that, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we found out that the pitch was frozen, so it had to be cancelled – and so we turned and headed back home 🤦🏻‍♀️. We ended up having a great wee chilled-out evening at home (in the warm) instead ❤️.

And the rest of the weekend was lovely, and church on Sunday was amazing! The Lord was moving so beautifully in the room, and people were responding to His invitation. It was so stunning to be in the room as people responded to give their lives to Jesus, either for the first time or as a return to Him after a long time – just WOW 😃❤️🙌 Then my boys had youth on Sunday eve. A fun wee weekend 😃

Neil is working on a wee project in our house at the minute, so today has actually turned out to be a bit of a crazy one for him, cutting floor tiles 💪. I had a few messages to run this morning, and then this afternoon, I did a little editing on Neil’s book 😃.

So definitely a bit of a different one for us today in theonehundredyearsproject, but still great 😃👍
