Phase one is done!

Today was a special day 😃 We finished phase 1 of circling 🥳❤️

This morning we first headed to Dungiven to pray. We really prayed a lot for past traumas to be healed. And we prayed for God’s Kingdom to come and replace fear etc. We then went to Claudy and again prayed for God’s peace to reign and replace historic pains. We prayed God’s blessing over businesses and families, and for God’s Kingdom to come and be established there ❤️🙌

When we got to Derry Neil had felt it was important to get to ‘The Peace Bridge’ and so we tried to get somewhere close to park! We ended up finding this gorgeous wee square to park in that’s been all done up and has a beautiful coffee shop and bakery, a hotel, and a big open space looking out over the peace bridge! It was class! We thanked God for the regeneration of this place ❤️

From there we were able to walk right down onto the bridge which was perfect! It felt so clear as we prayed while walking over The Peace Bridge that a lot of people have prayed in this city before us, we could feel the presence of the Lord so strongly ❤️🙌

I remember churches praying and worshipping here during lockdown and posting their videos on social media – we thanked God for those churches and how they love Derry.

From Derry we headed to Magilligan to close the circle of these borders ❤️ We prayed over Magilligan prison and the army who train there.

As we prayed for the prison, we asked God for staff who love Him and will pray for His Kingdom to come! And we prayed for revival to come!

We finally reached our final border spot ❤️ Thanking God for His dreams and plans for this whole area and everywhere we have set our feet in this last month 👣❤️

We had a couple of meetings over lunch time, then I recorded a podcast on ‘joy’ and then we went to finish circling some housing areas in Coleraine in the afternoon!

We prayed for peace and joy in an area we have worked with in the past. We thanked God for the kids’ clubs run here over the years, and all the ministry many teams have done in the primary school for such a long time.

As we walked around we realised that today is exactly 1 month since we began this journey by heading to Ballycastle 🙌 That feels significant!

Lord, we have loved prayer circling the Causeway Coast and Glens this last month ❤️ Come Holy Spirit 🙌

We think there might be something over Donegal that we might explore after half term as another circle ❤️ but for today, for this first phase, we have completed the whole circle ⭕️🙌❤️🥳
