This is a wee roundup blog post covering a few days in one 😃

Last week was a lovely wee week – and the sun even came out a few days which was gorgeous 😃😎❤️ We had a great time at Miracle Halls last week – we had the privilege of praying with two people in the community centre! One lady came in to request prayer for a specific situation she is walking through at the minute, and another lady asked for prayer for one of her family members who is struggling with some health issues. She showed us a photo, and so we got to pray for her even though she wasn’t physically there 🙌 The boys also got to chat with a couple of people up at the end of the road! There’s one person in particular who is getting a bit more comfortable chatting each week which is wonderful! It is such an honour to love our community and invest in relationships with the people around us ❤️😃

Also, last week we recorded a wee podcast, which was fun, and Neil kept working away at his book – which I just get more and more excited about 🥳 We then had a fab wee weekend, and today has been great!

Neil is out today helping family with some stuff they need done, so while he’s doing that, I headed for a wee walk – the sun came out and it was amazing! I’m leading worship at church on Sunday, so I was praying a bit about that as I walked, and I got to have a couple of lovely wee chats with people along the path, which was so good! It’s good for us to remember that when we love Jesus and are filled with His Holy Spirit, everything we do is filled with His life-changing power! Even a wee quick conversation while out walking the dog! So I feel excited about what the Lord might have been doing during those simple conversations today 🙌

When I came home, I read my Bible and asked the Lord what He’d like the rest of today to look like.

I’m trying to be more disciplined in setting time aside to really ask Him about that instead of just quickly asking as I go through the day! So I’ve chosen a place where I don’t normally sit and made that my spot for waiting to hear from the Lord about each day! It’s fun! 😃

The rest of today is looking pretty quiet, really! Just a couple of wee writing and sorting things I felt I should do, but that’s all I heard! I did ask God if He’d like me to go anywhere or meet anyone or do anything else today, but I think He said ‘no’ for today, so I think that’s it! I am really trying to learn to walk in what God is actually saying, and not just try to fill my time… please help me, Lord 🙌
