Back to porridge

Happy Monday πŸ₯³ Today was our jump back into rhythm again after a couple of weeks off πŸ˜ƒ We wrote a wee post about our time off last week – we had such a great wee family time together! And it was great to get going again today after our wee break. We kicked off our morning early with a family trip to the gym πŸ’ͺπŸ€ͺ And after we dropped Caleb off at the bus, Neil and I took the doggo for a walk along the river. These walks have become such a life-giving thing for us to do in the mornings – we are loving the time and headspace it gives us, both to connect and to chat and dream together with Jesus about the way forward for our family and theonehundredyearsproject πŸ™Œ

A little later in the morning we were meeting up with a couple of friends who wanted to chat through some new direction stuff they feel the Lord is leading them into in their lives. It was so exciting to hear their dreams, and encourage them as they are getting ready to take this step of faith in their journey. It fills our hearts so full when we get the privilege of hearing stories of people living their lives following the voice of Jesus πŸ™Œβ€οΈ

It was lunchtime when we got home from that, so after getting a wee something to eat, we recorded a podcast which was fun πŸ˜ƒ And then, as Neil was getting that ready to put up, I headed to the supermarket to get a few things in for dinner πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘

It’s been a lovely wee first day back, and we’re excited to see what God has in store for the rest of the week as I get back into prayer walking, Miracle Halls and small group, and as Neil takes a trip away to train and encourage some friends in another country πŸ˜ƒβ€οΈ
