Welcome to a new week 😃 I’m so happy to say the Youngs are all back together again 🥳 Last week, Neil was away in Spain until late Thursday night, and then he and Caleb flew out to Liverpool on Friday afternoon for the weekend. They had the most amazing time — they headed over to see an LFC match that we’d got tickets for as part of Caleb’s Christmas present 🥳 Happily, Liverpool won the match, which was the cherry on top of a fab weekend away together 😃😃 I love the relationship Neil and Caleb have, and I think any opportunity they get to invest in that even more is totally worth jumping at 🥳🙌 That being said, I missed them so much and was VERY excited to pick them up from the airport last night 🥳😂❤️

With all the travelling adventures, everyone felt a little tired getting going this morning 😴😂 But we made it to the bus on time and got started on our days 🥳 When we got in from the bus, Neil spent some time with Jesus while I headed off to walk the dog and spend some time praying. We’re asking the Lord a lot about the continued steps we should be taking with theonehundredyearsproject at the minute. We just want to make sure we’re listening for His voice and not just doing the things He’s said so far without expecting Him to say more!

We know that God wants to lead us every step of the way, and we’re pretty sure what we’re doing now isn’t the full story of what God wants us to be doing (although if this is it forever, our answer is still “Yes”!) We’ve had a couple of words recently about God wanting to speak to us or show us what’s next, and that it’s coming soon! That’s exciting — and we want to make sure we don’t miss Him while still being faithful to the things He’s already said. So let’s watch this space 🙌😃

When I got back from walking, we recorded a wee podcast, which Neil then got ready to post on the YouTube channel 👍 And also, very excitingly, Neil just sent his book to a friend of ours who wants to help by looking into publishing it 🥳 It feels like a pretty big step in the whole book journey — can’t wait to see what she says after she’s read it 😃😃

Outside of those things, I got in contact with our prayer team to arrange our next couple of get-togethers, and now I’m writing this blog post! So today has felt like quite a nice, wee, chilled “on-ramp” day to our week 😃
